Mountain Culture Brewing, in Katoomba, Australia, was kind enough to host us and show us around the Blue Mountains recently. We became friends. Mates, as it were. Unfortunately their beautiful land was obscured by rain and thick clouds, so they showed us pictures of said beauty and we drank beers inside all day.
Luckily, this gave us plenty of time to come up with something fun, experimental and unique for our first collaboration beer. Later, we rebrewed it in Vancouver - same weather, fittingly.
Spacetime Legend blends both of our unique dry-hopping techniques. This hazy IPA features hefty dose of malted and torrified wheat, dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Australian Vie Secret at different stages for maximum character.
