So, it turns out our Gaz is an
ancestor of “Tornado Smith”,
a Suffolk legend from the next
village over from LEP, who brought
the ‘wall of death’ to England
along with his pet lion, which rode
in his sidecar. In the years before
LEP, Tom brewed a beer of the
same name, and so this collab was
born! A base of Suffolk grown
malt, dominant with Nelson Sauvin
and a touch of Hallertau Blanc
