we held out hope, but ultimately decided not to host the 2021 Nucleate Beer Festival this year, to keep the spirit alive, we’ve decided to release the 2021 Nucleate bottle, a collaboration with Foam Brewers, House of Fermentology & Freak Folk Bier, brewed with Peterson Quality Malt (VT), fermented with a blend of house cultures and raw wildflower honey (VT), aged in tequila barrels for 3 months, blended with lemon balm (VT), lemon verbena tea (VT) & Indian coriander, bottle conditioned with champagne yeast
