We teamed up with Elm Eleven, Malmö’s masters of pulp, to make this smoothie sour. We packed it with silly amounts of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry purée, added vanilla for a rich, jammy depth, then lifted the whole lot with a dash of fresh yuzu juice.
