When our Lemon, Grapefruit & Pineapple Radler launched in 2024 it marked the Vault City’s first pale beer to not use our house mixed culture. We wanted something even more entry-level than our session or table sours and we felt that a ‘clean’ fermentation profile fit that brief. It’s fair to say that our first Radler went down a storm so here’s the second edition in the series. Blood Orange is a fruit that we don’t use very often but our Radlers are the perfect drink to unwind and refresh in the sun (or the rain if you’re in Scotland) so with it’s juicy-sweet flavour, this citrus fruit is the ideal addition to the series.
