Salsa Verde captures the freshness and herbaceous character of the iconic sauce from Basque cuisine. We crafted this beer using barley, oats, and wheat malts to create a rich and enveloping experience. Instead of parsley, we selected the finest hops, including HBC 1019 in dry-hopping, an experimental hop that adds a unique dimension to the recipe.
The beer emanates aromas of peach in syrup, fruit candies, and passion fruit, intertwined with the freshness of lime zest.
A sweet finish balanced by a hint of bitterness harmonizes with the intense and surprising mouthfeel.
