We brewed a nice imperial stout base, full of rich specialty malts with notes of cocoa, espresso and caramelized sugar. We then conditioned it upon house toasted coconut, roasted pistachios and cheesecake. Most of this batch has gone to bourbon barrels for a slow rest =)
